Due to high demand, we currently do not maintain an active inventory. Each item is made to order and crafted individually to ensure the quality and finish you expect. We appreciate your patience.

The lead times above apply to made-to-order carbon parts only. Bags, fasteners, and accessories are in stock and ship within 2 weeks. Please see each product page for details.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation · before shipping

Within 7 days: full refund

8 to 15 days: 50% refund (production has begun, materials allocated)

After 15 days: production underway, cancellation no longer possible

In-stock items: free cancellation anytime before dispatch

If Production Is Delayed

If production exceeds our stated maximum (8 weeks) without dispatch, you may set a reasonable additional period (e.g. 2 weeks). If still not dispatched within that period, you may cancel for a full refund.

Returns · after delivery

Shipping damage: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. As we file a claim with the carrier, we may request supporting documentation. Once confirmed, full refund or replacement.

Change of mind: accepted for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging, with return and reshipping costs covered by the customer. May be limited for made-to-order items.

Installed or used items: once fitted to a vehicle, a part may show marks or wear and can no longer be resold as new, so it cannot be returned.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method (PayPal or card), with no fees deducted.

For EU Customers: you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, which applies where it provides greater protection than the terms above. For made-to-order items, this right may be limited once production has begun.
