FUNCTIONS

•100 bar forged compression process for exceptional structural strength and prevention of unintended brake lever activation from external impact during racing
•High friction resistance design that slides and absorbs impact energy without sparking or breaking, protecting the hand, wrist, brake lever, and grip

Metal guards may deform or produce sparks on impact, increasing the risk of further damage or fire.

All Shipments Are Insured

Every order is insured against loss or damage in transit. Coverage applies only while the parcel is in the carrier's possession. It does not cover delivery delays, customs holds, duties or taxes, parcels refused or returned, incorrect addresses, or loss after the carrier confirms delivery.

Duties & Taxes

All orders ship DAP (Delivered at Place). Shipping fees do not include import duties, import VAT/GST or customs brokerage fees. These are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier before or at delivery.

EU, UK & EFTA: we are a certified Approved Exporter for motorcycle parts (HS 8714) under the Korea–EU, Korea–UK and Korea–EFTA FTAs. Our invoices carry an origin declaration, so these parts qualify for duty-free import into the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Import VAT still applies.

Other Korea FTA countries (e.g. Canada, Australia): reduced or zero import duty may apply, but import VAT/GST and local fees may still apply.

Other countries: import duty and import VAT/GST may apply.

United States: Korean-made goods are currently subject to additional US tariffs despite the KORUS FTA. A duties-paid option may be available at checkout.

If a parcel is refused or returned because duties or taxes were not paid, the return shipping cost and any related charges will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation · before shipping

Within 7 days of ordering: full refund

8 to 15 days after ordering: 50% refund (production has begun and materials are allocated)

After 15 days: production is underway and the order can no longer be cancelled

In-stock items: free cancellation anytime before dispatch

If Production Is Delayed

If your order has not shipped within 6 weeks (our maximum lead time), you may set a reasonable additional period (e.g. 2 weeks). If it still has not shipped by then, you may cancel for a full refund.

Returns · after delivery

Damaged or lost in transit: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, or contact us if tracking stops updating. Because every order is insured, once confirmed we reship or refund right away, without waiting for the carrier claim.

Change of mind: accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Exceptions may apply to made-to-order items.

Installed or used items: once fitted to a vehicle, a part may show marks or wear and can no longer be sold as new, so it cannot be returned.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal or card), with no processing fees deducted.

For EU customers: you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, which applies where it gives you more protection than the terms above. This right does not apply to items made to your individual specifications.
