We are a carbon screen specialist with a track record of over 2,000 carbon screens sold to the Japanese market, the home of high end screens. Each trim is manufactured in Korea using our patented epoxy molding process with 100% Toray carbon fiber (T300, T700), and contains no fiberglass or composite fillers.

Acry-Point Windscreen (Made in Japan)

For this kit, we use windscreens from Acry-Point, a Japanese specialist based in Suzuka, trusted by teams competing in the Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance Race as well as former WGP racing teams.

Each screen is 100% handcrafted by skilled Japanese craftsmen, from forming to final finishing, using premium optical-grade acrylic with virtually no distortion — delivering exceptional clarity and a sharp field of vision even at speeds over 300 km/h. A protective silicone edge molding comes standard for rider safety.

This kit was born from one year of direct circuit and race participation.

Starting from CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis for high speed stability, every curvature and mounting point was refined and validated under real racing conditions.

Carbon Nylon Mounting Bracket

3D printed in-house from carbon nylon composite and designed exclusively for the 1290 Super Duke. Compared to aluminum, it offers half the weight, twice the rigidity, and 10 times the vibration damping. This minimizes load on the front head and keeps the screen stable at high speed.

SUS 304 Stainless Steel Body Bracket

Made of SUS 304 stainless steel, the body bracket mounts to the chassis and securely anchors the carbon nylon bracket, supporting the high wind load applied to the screen.

Grade 5 Titanium Bolt Set

A complete Grade 5 titanium bolt set, designed in-house with an aero profile for weight reduction and vibration damping. Body bracket bolts × 3. Carbon bracket bolts × 2. Screen fixing bolts × 5.

Safety Silicone Molding Included

A protective silicone molding is fitted to the screen edge as standard. One color is provided per screen.
